Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS with tracking unless specified at check out. International orders ship via DHL.

In most cases, your order will ship out within 24 hours unless it is a holiday or weekend. 

We promise to ship in stock, non personalized items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Due to ongoing global shipping and supply chain issues we may experience a delay in shipping that is out of our control.  From the point that the item(s) are shipped and tracking number is assigned, The Woodlands Trading Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Because we do not have control over the USPS delivery system we are not responsible for undelivered packages. We advise all customers to contact their local USPS with their tracking number.  We are unable to offer refunds on orders sent to the incorrect address that was entered at checkout so please double check your shipping address.
